This innovative sanding block puts the adhesive on the block, not the sandpaper. Use regular paper backed sandpaper and simply stick it to the block. The French curved design allows the block to conform to a range of inside radiuses and also has a flat bottom. Great for furniture makers, sculptors and refinishers who shape as well as sand curves. Stick anything you want to it: sandpaper, emery cloth, steel wool, non woven abrasives; best of all, you can find any of these at your local hardware store, no adhesive required.

How the Stick Quick French Curved Sanding Block Works

Adhesive tape is wound around the block with adhesive facing outward. This is the same as a roll of tape wound around a core, only the adhesive if facing outward and the core is french curved. Simply wrap a strip of sandpaper around the Stick Quick and it is adhesively secured. Start sanding, when the sandpaper needs replacing just peel off the sandpaper and apply new sandpaper. When the adhesive needs replacing, peal off a layer of tape and new adhesive is exposed. Sanpaper can be attached multiple times before the adhesive loses its tack. Hundreds of sandpaper attachments per sanding block before it needs replacing. Also, if you need a piece of tape, you know where to find it.

Directions for large Stick Quick: Cut 9" X 11" sandpaper sheet into four 2 1/4" X 11" strips. This is done by folding the sheet lengthwise and tearing at the seam, and again folding the two halves lengthwise and tearing at the seam. Simply wrap one of the strips around the adhesive block and begin sanding. For small Stick Quick cut 9" X 11" sandpaper into 2 1/4" X 9" strips.

We recomend using a high quality sandper. Low quality sandpaper rips easily and may tear when removing from block after an extended time.
